Elite GreenScape Gardens is looking for an additional Labourer/Groundworker to join our growing team!
If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work, and want to build a long-term career in landscaping, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for someone who is:
✅ Hard-working and reliable
✅ A good communicator
✅ Able to listen and follow instructions
✅ Willing to learn new skills and progress through the company ✅ Positive with a great work ethic

Preferred but not essential:

🚗 Full UK driving licence
📍 Based locally to Lutterworth or Hinckley

WHY PREPARATION MATTERS 👌

This is a Raj Green 600x900 porcelain patio we completed nearly 2 years ago.
The client recently got in touch regarding some very slight movement showing within a few grout lines. As always, we stood by our workmanship and returned to investigate and carry out the necessary repairs.

When lifting a section, this is exactly what we found 👇
✅ Full wet-bed mortar installation
✅ SBR primed backs to every porcelain slab
✅ Virtually 100% contact coverage
✅ No spot bedding
✅ No voids beneath the paving
✅ Built properly from day one

Even after nearly two years, the slabs remain fully bonded and supported, which is exactly how a porcelain installation should perform.
Unfortunately, many patios are installed using shortcuts that aren't visible once the job is complete. The preparation underneath is what determines whether a patio lasts 2 years or 20 years.

At Elite Greenscape Gardens, we don't cut corners. We build every project to a standard we'd be happy to have at our own homes.

Sometimes the best workmanship is what you can't see once the patio is finished.
