A ceiling was caused to rot due to a previous leak from the roof. Joists and plasterboard replaced and plastered over with Ready mixed ProRoll Light. Very simple to use with a smooth finish. Definitely recommend.
Also the boiler was replaced a while ago, and the pipes all showing were all an eyesore. Now all boxed up with doors for easy access to the boiler, and ready to paint over if the owner decides to.

In 2023, I extended our current shed from 1.8m to 2.45m in height for extra storage. I then decided to built a Lean To for extra shelter for storing regular used garden furniture. However, I misused this with junk instead 😣In 2025, I decided that I needed a workshop with extra storage. And now we have a His and Hers Shed 😅😁

Recently changed the extractor hood for a client from a faulty dated cooker hood to a new modern Neff hood.
Finally back to tidy around the kitchen hood with trimming the tiles and painting around and behind the extractor hood.

Toilet room basin, taps, tiles replaced for a bigger basin and also toilet room painted.
Customer wanted the sink slightly raised, and with studded walls, SinkFix Fixing Kit was used to secure the basin to Plasterboard.
It's shocking how these new builds also don't have isolating valves fitted, so new valves were fitted so that we only needed to switch off the water system for the house for a very short time, and also to make life easier for any future plumbing needs.
