Another fencing project completed.
I dismantled an existing fence that had been blown down and damaged by storms earlier in the year, then I built a new sturdy replacement wooden fence, that would be better at withstanding the winds here on Anglesey, when we get a storm roll in.🌩🌀⛈️
This alternate overlapping construction style, allows for the appearance of a solid fence for privacy & security, whilst still allowing the wind to blow through and circulate in high energy conditions, therfore not blowing the structure over and breaking it.
This was also not a straight forward straight fence, as you can see it curved & followed the shape of the neighbouring access driveway.

Another before and after shot of a property that was fully treated for moss, mold & flaking paint, which was scraped & removed, with gaps in the render being stabilised & filled, then externally painted in white paint, including chimney, along with the woodwork in rather nice shade of blue.
New facia and guttering were fitted to finish the job.
It is very smart now, and the owner loves the blue addition to his property, giving it a fresh look, ready for the worst that our island weather can throw at it.

The 2nd part of the conversion project was to remove the old tin roof off the property and construct a new rubber flat roof.
This was a warm sandwich flat roof construction type, with the addition of large skylight windows to bring plenty of light into the new converted properties interior.
The rubber for the roof was laid in one continuous piece for this 13m by 8m roof, which proved challenging getting such a large heavy piece of rubber up there in the first place. Nevertheless this was achieved with enough man power.💪🥵

This was part of the big conversion project I did last year.
This was the first and last stage of one exterior side of to this building.
The lean-to was demolished and remove at the start of this project, to eventually make way for a large composite decking area and storage shed, all completed in the same cladding used for the entire exterior of this converted building.
Now the property owners have a large secluded sun bathing area within their grounds to soak up those sun rays 😎 🌞 enjoy a bbq, and do a spot of entertaining.🍸🧉🍷🎵

Another large house painted, ready to take on our islands windswept coastal weather.it is now ready for the worst winter can throw at it.
This was a more challenging project, given the complex access for painting above the large end conservatory, but we used a extending spider cherry picker which helped tackle the gable end successfully.
Not for the faint hearted or anyone who doesn't like heights!🤢😂

New bifold doors and a rear double glazed door installed in a property that I have done extensive work on over the past 18 months.

The rear living space is now airy, light filled, and allows easy access to the large outdoor lounge decking area.🌞🌅

Finally a break in the weather ☀️🌤 today, here on Anglesey. We've had some blustery weather of late. ⛈️💨
Today's job was to replace and fit some new glass windows that had blown on a property I've been doing alot of work on in Rhosneiger.
It's coming together nicely and looking very smart.
