BAXI 830 combi 2, with 10 year warranty and system filter and transferred existing HIVE to control this high efficiency combi.
This replaces an old Vokera combi, which, in fairness, hadn't caused customer too many issues. but it was ready to be upgraded and as ever can't go wrong with these high efficiency BAXI boilers with stainless steel heat exchangers and brass manifolds and long warranty to boot.

Have to say that we're very happy with how this bathroom turned out. All down to a great design from our customers.
I confess I'm not intending to book further bathrooms in until next year now, due to volume of breakdown work, but couldn't resist putting photos on for this one.
Hopefully this is a design that will inspire a few ideas for other customers. 👍😄

Customer wanted to expand and update en suite in bedroom. Also added a new vertical radiator in bedroom too.
Moving toilet created a challenge and we had to route soil pipe via porch ceiling cavity to soil stack.
I'm please to say all went well and customer was very happy with the result 😁

Removed and capped off old fire, and fortunately found complete bricks that matched house and had aged enough to make a reasonably decent repair to old flue hole. Not usually this fortunate to find matching bricks, but works well when you do 😁
