Nice little boxing in boiler job towards the end of this year. Packed in as tight as I dared but leaving plenty of ventilation gaps, holes with everything still accessible. Ensured doors opened smoothly and snuggly without catching.

Making the most of the sunny weather to clean back two lots of decking and give them a fresh stain to help prolong their life and appearance. Started by scrubbing off all the dirt and build up of muck with soap and water, leaving to completely dry for a day or so. Then two coats of anti slip stain, leaving time in between coats to dry.

10+yrs in the making for the home owners, which is now a reality. Measuring 3m long, 40cm deep on one wall, 2ms and 30cm deep on the other all standing 2.4m tall. 23 recessed soft close doors in total.
Carcasses made of hardwood ply for strength, doors of MDF. All wood was primed, filled (where necessary), sanded and at at least two coats of paint (three on the doors), with sanding in between coats.
An absolute pleasure to design, make and complete this project to the clients specifications.

Stripped the wallpaper off the walls of this bedroom, wasn't sure what I was going to find underneath, but the walls were not too bad. Filled any holes and dents and smoothed the walls followed by a little sand. Primed the walls with zinsser guard followed by 3 coats of paint as the previous black coats could still be seen in patches. All wood work got a fresh coat, along with the coving. Plug sockets and light switch also got an upgrade.

Not usual to have five inward facing corners to overcome, but overcome they were. Lovely L shaped penthouse room, cleared, underlay laid and laminate flooring installed. Finished with a thin white trim and new silver threshold.

Complete room overhaul. Originally there were pipes in the wall that had blown the plaster, I patched these areas up then plastered the room to level the walls. I painted the ceiling white, white washed the walls then painted them yellow as per the client's preference. Changing the ceiling to white really helped lighten the room.
The floor then got changed from carpet to laminate, where I also added a slim trim to hide the edges/gaps and create clean lines. All wooden surfaces also got a fresh coat of gloss. A lot of work when into this room and really pleased with how it turned out.

Bathroom room floor revamp to match toilet room. A leak was needed access to via the side of the bath, hence the hole. Covered in case further access is required in the near future. A new threshold was also added.
