Showroom Sales Advisor – Huddersfield HD5
Granite & Quartz Worktops UK is a family-run business specialising in quartz, granite, porcelain and Dekton worktops across Yorkshire. We're looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused person to join our growing team.
This is a part-time showroom-based role where you'll be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom and contacting us by phone. You'll help customers choose materials, colours and finishes whilst providing excellent customer service throughout their journey.
✨ Wednesday to Saturday
✨ 10:00am – 3:00pm✨
National Living Wage + Commission Opportunities
✨ Additional hours available during busy periods, holidays and as the business continues to grow
✨ Full training provided
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcoming and assisting customers visiting the showroom• Answering incoming telephone and email enquiries• Helping customers select colours, materials and finishes• Following up customer enquiries and quotations• Ensuring the showroom is presented to a high standard at all times• Managing daily opening and closing procedures• Supporting with general administration and customer service tasks
The ideal candidate will be:
✔ Friendly, approachable and professional✔ Trustworthy, reliable and punctual✔ Confident speaking with customers✔ Sales focused with a positive attitude✔ Well presented and organised✔ Able to work independently and take initiative✔ Have an eye for detail and an interest in interiors, kitchens and design
No previous experience within the stone industry is required. We're looking for the right personality, a willingness to learn and someone who genuinely enjoys helping people.
