This is an Education space for the Peter Marlow Foundation in Dungeness. The floor was given a clean with isopropyl to get rid of any grease and stains followed by a good sanding. The cracks filled and then coated with Farrow & Ball masonry and plaster stabilising primer. The walls were filled and painted. Finally the floor was given two coats of F&B flat eggshell. The results created a lovely clean fresh space (see following post)

This was a lovely open plan studio flat that had a lot of smoke/soot residue over the walls and ceilings was in need of a freshen up and a few repairs along the way. The end result was clean tidy and bright.

This was a tricky job as the existing tiles had come away from the adhesive that had stuck to the marine ply, which was difficult to remove but a pneumatic hammer breaker did the job. The floor was then cleaned, primed and a liquid membrane applied. Then it was ready for the new grey porcelain tiles.

Bedroom completed. Just in time for the holiday season.
