We’ve kicked 2026 off working on this amazing old farmhouse in the Black Isle. The lath and plaster walls hiding behind the wallpaper for decades were in bad condition and took an eye watering amount of filling to get right but got there in the end 🥵

• Wallpaper stripped in both rooms
• Ceilings & cornice - white
• Walls - Almond Butter / Fresh Sage
• Woodwork in small room - white

A thank you to Kyle at Pinnacle Heating Services for removing the radiators to allow us to strip, prep and paint behind them properly.

That’s us done and dusted for 2025! I would like to thank all our clients, friends and family
for their support over the past year. It’s been a busy year and look forward to the same in 2026. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year when it comes!

Here was one of our final jobs:

•media wall taped & filled
•ceiling paper stripped, mouldings removed, back filled and finished in Dulux Stain Block Matt (to rectify old water stains)
•picture rail on walls removed, prepped & finished in Egyptian Cotton
•media wall cupboard doors finished in Egyptian Cotton (Diamond Eggshell)
•woodwork all prepped and finished in Johnstones Aquaguard Satin white

It’s been a pleasure this week transforming Bannerman B&B in Inverness for Alison!

💥 Facia boards, soffits, windows & back door were prepped then finished in Zinsser Allcoat Satin
💥 All plastic downpipes and gutters were cleaned and finished in Allcoat as well bringing them back to life to match the rest of the house
💥 All metal downpipes & gutters were finished in Dulux Metalshield Satin
