A recently completed extension within the Crown area of Inverness, delivering a contemporary addition that carefully balances modern living with respect for its surroundings.

The brief was to create a new kitchen and living space that strengthens the connection to the garden, maximising natural light throughout the day while maintaining privacy from neighbouring properties. The result is a calm, light-filled space that opens effortlessly to the outdoors, improving everyday living without compromising the character of the existing home.

Thoughtful design, considered materials, and careful positioning ensure the extension sits comfortably within its setting while providing a bright and functional family space for modern life.

A beautiful orangery extension now underway in Inverness-Shire fully approved and currently in construction.

Designed to form a seamless connection to the garden, this space maximises natural light and evening ambience through a 4m x 2m glazed rooflight, allowing sun and moonlight to flood the interior.
