💚Today was a landmark day.

💚The day when we have finished sorting the collection held in the raised beds.

💚All now covered over where they can die back away from the attention of narcissus fly and swift moths and any other pest passing by.

💚Time for a break from snowdrops until we start the big lift of dormant snowdrops from the garden in July.

These little species tulips do a great job of distracting the eye from the snowdrop foliage that is rather untidy now 🌷

They are the only variety of tulip that comes back reliably each year here…but they really pack a punch so nothing to complain about there.

If anyone knows the variety, please let me know.
