INSIDE masterclass workshops first event this week superseded expectations on all fronts. Firstly, a huge thank you to Eleanora Cunietti of for being our first featured designer. Thanks also to all the wonderful, attentive and enthusiastic attendees who helped make the day so engaging. And a huge thank you to Charlotte at the Design Centre for helping us on this event and to Carol-Ann at the Design Club for helping us host such a successful day. Our showroom visit section was of course made by the warm welcome from Judy Afia and team at and the one and only Mark Abbott of - I’m going for a lie down! .design.workshops

A note to all my interior design community. Skandium have gone bust so don’t make any payments to them if you were thinking of doing so. I may have just taken a loss with this company. It may be worth reviewing your payment arrangement with all suppliers, such as 50% up front and the balance on inspection and on day of delivery. I have a feeling that more suppliers may fall in these uncertain times. Please feel free to share details of companies that you feel may be at risk.

I've been meaning to go into Ana Barreto Interiors in East Twickenham for ages to see if they want to carry some of my lamps, mirrors and furniture. I just walked past and they are already carrying my 'Cage Lamp'! Nice to have my products available locally. How cool is that!
