Tomorrow is assessment day at BBC Gardeners' World Live for my Beautiful Border, "Once Upon a Time... a Brush Became a Spade." 🌿🎨➡️🪴
What started as a career change from painter and decorator to gardener has become a journey I'm incredibly proud of. Through the WRAGS scheme and the support of some amazing people, this garden tells the story of taking a new path, embracing uncertainty, and following a passion for horticulture.
Months of planning, growing, building and hard work have all led to this moment.
Fingers crossed for the judges tomorrow! 🤞

Van packed and ready for an early start tomorrow morning! 🚐🌿
I'm heading up to the Birmingham NEC for BBC Gardeners' World Live with a van full of plants and can't wait to be part of such a fantastic event.
