Actual blood, sweat and tears today.

Spent the day using the angle grinder to strip years of paint and rust from three metal garden gates.

The goggles were almost enough… still managed to catch a bit of shrapnel in the cheek.

All in a day’s work at Total Works Maintenance.

🔥 As if this heatwave wasn't hot enough... today's job involved customising a customer's garage racking system. Add an angle grinder and a shower of sparks, and it definitely turned the temperature up another notch! 🥵

Another rental property refurbishment completed! 🏡

This project kept me busy for a couple of weeks, transforming a tired rental property into a clean, fresh home that's ready for the rental market.

What initially looked like a handful of minor repairs quickly grew into a full refurbishment. It involved careful filling, repeated sanding and decorating the property from top to bottom, along with repairs to damaged fixtures and fittings, replacement of damaged light fittings, and clearing heavily overgrown front and rear gardens.

The time spent on preparation is what makes the difference, creating a finish that's clean, professional and ready for the next viewing.
