These adorable books are full of rhyming questions for little children to answer by looking at and talking about the charming illustrations. A lovely way to encourage young children to form sentences and improve their language skills, and a delightful book to enjoy together. The Usborne Reading Collection features 40 titles over a broad range of story styles, all with lively text and gorgeous illustrations. The books are equivalent to book bands Purple (8) to Lime (11).

The first 25 books are taken from Usborne Young Reading Series 1, including titles such as The Sorcerer's Apprentice and The Twelve Dancing Princesses. Each of the books contains several short stories or one longer story in easy-to-read chapters.

The next 15 books have been taken from Usborne Young Reading Series 2 and these contain one longer story in chapters as well as retellings of world classics - from Beauty and the Beast to The Wind in the Willows.
