Customer had concerns over some rotting and rightfully so.
Not an issue though. Failing section completely removed and replaced and then all coated to ensure its now watertight and not allowing damp to enter the property and cause damage.

We love these little jobs. Fix the small ones before they become big ones, not only saving on excessive costs but also saving on major damages to the property in the future.

Failing mortar on 2 old chimney pots. All removed and capped off properly as no longer in use, this was done along with a much bigger job sealing multiple flat roofing surfaces that just hasn't been installed properly at all and had severe lifting issues in many areas.

Unfortunately due to cost restrictions we couldn't just re do the roof for the customer we have done a fantastic job of sealing everything so its watertight and secure for years to come.

Out with the old failing union, in with a shiny new one.
No more drips or leaving and as the guttering was cut a little short by the installer it wasn't sitting in the old union on the black guttering.

The white guttering had failing seals and instead of filling with mastic that just doesn't work. Its far better and also more cost effective to swap for a brand new union.

New floplast ones fitted to both properties which are wide enough so now fits perfect and runs how it should.

Just a couple of the very random things found in the gutters recently, the majority of the time its tennis balls but every now and again its something completely unexpected.

It never seizes to amaze what we find.
