Lovely system conversion this week in Stamford, customer was told they would struggle to get the boiler in the cupboard by other engineers I reassured the customer that it wasn’t an issue and we would get a new combination boiler fitted within the cupboard.

Anyone any ideas where all these bits belong 🤣.
Please remember if your engineer is in and out within 15 mins they won’t have don’t a full service.

Boiler install completed recently for a customer in Broughton the original boiler had been on its last legs for a while, now they have a brand new Worcester 8000 complete with a 12 year guarantee.

One of this weeks many jobs was this boiler install.
This customer now has
- A system that has been flushed and treated with inhibitor
- A range rated boiler (this means that the boiler has been set up so the output of the boiler is what’s required to heat the house)
- A 10 year manufacturers guarantee (providing the boiler is serviced annually)

Nice boiler upgrade for a cold customer let down by a big national company who had turned gas off to the whole house unnecessarily.

The customer now has
•New energy efficient combination boiler sized to the property
•Smart thermostat so it modulates the gas usage as required
• System filter to stop any particles causing an issue with the plate heat exchanger
• 12 year manufacturer Guarantee
• I have also range rated the boiler to suit the property so it works as efficiently as it can.
