Before Christmas we opened up this chimney breast to expose the original brickwork, whilst creating the opening we noticed that the original plasterwork had blown so we removed it all and boarded ready for plastering (customer opted to plaster himself but we can do it if required). I returned after Christmas to install the beam to finish off the install, the customer has used the stove a lot and was over the moon with the heat. 🔥

This is the 2nd Contura stove we fitted for this customer. First one in a cold conservatory making it usable in the winter. They loved it that much they had us back to install a Contura 870 style with slate hearth into the front room. 🔥
