I’m seeing a lot of posts on Facebook talking about a perfect life. Don’t get me wrong, I’m blessed to have great friends and an even better wife and children. But it isn’t achieved without pain and resilience. So… my reason for posting. I was talking to someone the other day about an investment project. Well that’s what I do for a living, so he’d come to the right place. But, he was quoting figures that I just didn’t believe were achievable. Now I could quite easily take his money for my time and hard work. But it wouldn’t sit well with me. Is that a bad move in business or the right move ethically or both 🤔

He showed me examples of a post where someone had hit the numbers he was asking me to for him. That doesn’t happen every time though, I said. He was adamant so I explained. How many times has this builder posted bad deals, lost money, pain and failure. It’s not very often people do that is it, I said.

So remember people this can relate to life itself. When you’re reading a post about how great someone’s life is, there is also another side to that life. We all have ups and we all have downs, keep it real and stay on YOUR path regardless of your challenges. Because absolutely everyone has them. Yours sincerely Vision Maintenance & Contracts Ltd
