All staples/nails removed and all holes filled before both staircases were sanded (including the skirtings either side). A large amount of caulking carried out to fill any joins and to tidy the staircases. Both staircases primed and then 2 top coats applied ready for the carpet runners.

Ceiling was repaired in the corner in hallway. Crack repaired on skirting down the stairs between the top of skirting and the wall. All filling and sanding completed effectively. Ceilings painted and 2 coats of emulsion applied to the walls. All woodwork painted including 4 white doors upstairs and 5 doors undercoated and painted black downstairs.

Hallway, stairs and landing now decorated. Ceiling was repaired in the corner at the top of the stairs. Any cracks on the walls were raked out, treated and filled. There was also a long crack down the stairs between the top of skirting and the wall, this too was raked out and repaired. All filling and sanding completed effectively. Both ceilings painted and 2 coats of durable emulsion applied to the walls, very happy Customers. 😀

Stabiliser solution applied to row of concrete bricks above wall before painting light grey. 2 coats of white masonry paint applied to walls. Porch roof and door frame sanded down and painted. Gas and electricity cupboard doors lightly sanded and painted too.

Stabiliser solution applied to concrete/sandstone window sill and row of bricks above wall before painting light grey. Stain block applied to entire wall plus 2 coats of masonry paint. Patio doors and window treated and painted and two doorsteps (ground and first floor) sanded down and varnished.

Sanding the decking, thoroughly cleaning/preparing and applying 2 coats of ultimate protection decking oil.

Carpet protected, wallpaper/old paste removed from feature wall, all walls repaired and painted. Newly plastered ceiling treated/painted and new coving primed and painted.

Wooden surrounds treated, sanded, cleaned and undercoated/top coated with Sandtex. Garage doors also treated, lightly sanded and 2 coats of weather-shield paint applied.
