We were called out yesterday to a boiler fault, Heat exchanger was pin holed sadly at this time of year especially, this was mainly due to poor maintenance of their boiler over the years. Economically they have decided to go with a new A rated boiler which were installing today

We were recommended by one of our existing customers about a boiler replacement due to their existing being faulty and almost 20 years old. So we visited and talked over option boilers and they decided to go with the new gen 2 ideal logic max with 10 year parts and labour warranty. Happy customer and we are too 😊

System power flush today. Client complaints of cold spots and some radiators not working so weve advised a power flush with chemicals to really give the system a good clean. This will help heat distribution and help their boiler not work so hard, reducing gas and energy consumption.
