Cockairney Creations Unique art and craft items. Based in the heart of rural Kinross-shire, Cockairney Creations was established by Heather Tough in 2005.

All of my creations are inspired by my love of nature and I aim to encapsulate the fluidity and elegance of the natural form in all of my pieces. I use unusual glazes and shapes to bring my ceramics into homes in a modern way. Silk chiffon encased martini-glass tea-light holders made using exclusive, silk chiffon fabrics designed by my sister, Camilla Ridley of London (MD of MillieManu childrens'

clothing), create a unique and beautiful centre-piece for any room within the home. I am constantly looking for new ideas and branching out. I am also now making bold and exciting cushions and offering pottery painting parties.

*NEW* for 2013. Looking for something a bit different and creative for your child’s birthday party, an afternoon of fun with your friends or a hen party? I am now offering a competitively priced, travelling pottery painting party service. I come to the party venue and provide all materials required: pottery for painting (currently mugs, cereal/soup bowls, or side plates), paints, brushes, protective table cloth etc. The party guests have great fun painting their own personal piece of pottery and then I take the painted pieces away to glaze and fire before returning them to the party host for distribution.
I have limited availability so book early to avoid disappointment. Please contact me for pricing and further details.

Milnathort Primary School Summer Fete this Saturday (1st June 2013) from 1-4pm. I have a stall there and will be showcasing some new items for 2013 - ceramic vases and exciting cushions - as well as the usual ceramic leaf dishes, jewellery, garlic 'crusher' dishes, fabric landscape cards and chiffon martini glass T-light holders.

Just a reminder that I will be at the Carnegie Conference Centre, Dunfermline tomorrow, 11th November, from 12-4pm, along with 19 other stall holders, as part of a charity fundraising Christmas shopping/pamper event.
