Another impressive install by the WS Temporary Buildings team!

This bespoke temporary warehouse build is one we’re still proud of. Designed with flexibility in mind, the structure included a custom internal division to suit different operational needs. One section was fully insulated, while the adjoining loading area featured partial insulation – a practical, adaptable solution for busy businesses.

• 6.2m to the eaves

WS Temporary Buildings first major canopy installation of 2026 is now complete.

This project features a 40m span x 20m length, with a height of 6m to the eaves, and was successfully installed over two weekends. Completing the works at weekends helped to minimise disruption to operations at this busy distribution centre.

The canopy will be used to provide covered loading space for four Arctic trailers, supporting efficient and weather-protected loading operations.

The structure has been installed with a single-skin PVC roof and corrugated steel sheet walling to the side elevations, delivering a robust and practical solution.

A look back at one of our 2025 WS Temporary Buildings installations in Appleton, Warrington.

Project overview:
• 25m span x 50m long x 4.2m eaves
• Fully insulated
• Installed one week after order
• Completed within 10 days

This aerial footage shows the 25m span x 50m long x 4.2m eaves height fully insulated structure we installed for a client.

The building was brought in to keep vehicle work running during a 12-month redevelopment. Installed just one week after order and completed within 10 working days, it remains a strong example of what our team can deliver at pace.
