Our latest project is well underway on this old farmhouse for some new clients of ours.

Full renovation throughout including new floors to make way for underfloor heating, steel work to create a large open living space. There will also be a sizeable extension on the side of the property.

- Due to an increase in work load A&G SETHERTON are looking to take on a labourer.
- Experience is preferred however not essential for the right individual as long as you’ve got the right attitude and prepared to work.
- driving license is essential due to our yard being in bishops nympton and the nature of some of the jobs required.

A look at what’s been going on under the temporary roof this winter. Looking forward to getting the outside of this one finished as well as our final stages internally.

Some stubborn dust which will wear off after the next load of rain but really happy with how it’s looking thanks to the work of the lads on the slating and Chris Camp cutting on the roof and all cladding/various carpentry works.

The lads have made a good start this week on one of two new projects starting this spring ☀️

We’ve worked alongside these customers recently to complete the stunning kitchen extension and we are now back to renovate the original stable block.

Works started have involved knocking out openings for doors and windows as well as preparing to strip part of the original roof. We are excited to see this one progress💪🏻

We are going in to what looks to be one of our busiest summers for a while but as always please get in touch for any enquires you have.

Been a bit quiet on here recently but a lot going on behind the scenes. Things are moving along nicely with this one with the upstairs all but ready to skim.

🚁 Alan using his drone to make looking at problems in awkward places a lot easier, in this instance looking into a leaking valley which would of been very awkward to get to.

This method has proved itself effective many times when fault finding so that appropriate working platforms can be erected🤝
