This garden had real issues with drainage💧
Any rainfall🌧 would leave it flooded and unusable🌊

We assessed the space and started by correcting the drainage before creating the garden of dreams 💭 for this family ✨️✨️✨️

✅We built the raised patio to provide a decent useable space & extend the living area to the outdoors.

✅Here we laid kandla grey Indian stone (sawn & honed) and the walls split face tiled

✅ The customer opted for a glass balustrade due to the fantastic view out across the fields at the back.

✅ 4 post lights added for the summer evenings.

✅ It has created the perfect set up for relaxing or hosting day & night

✅The customer wanted to extend the existing patio and create a new area at the bottom of the garden in a sunny corner
✅We removed the concrete patio, prepped and stoned up before laying the Indian stone
✅Edged in cobble sets
✅Smart transformation for this garden

✅the customer was very specific about what he wanted on this one
✅we built 2 new brick walls either side of the garden and added matching headers to the existing garden wall running along the front.
✅there were various issues with the levels of the path and driveway, so this was corrected before work began
✅grey porcelain 600mm2 laid for the path
✅sleeper boarder laid
✅charcoal mixed size block paved drive
✅artificial grass laid by Lucas Cardwell

💥The Indian stone had been poorly laid with spot beds and substandard sub-base, this caused the paving to crack, sink and weeds to grow through.

💥The customer wanted to keep the paving so we lifted it all up and started again.

✅Prepared new sub-base.

✅Re-laid the Indian stone, amending shape of paving in areas and altering the Cobble sets.

✅290m2 in total, really pleased with the finished results.
