We have had the pleasure of working along side Solar Upgrades doing the roof work for this lovely solar system.

Here are some before and after photos of a job that I carried out through another contractor in Liskeard.

•Original asbestos tiles removed.

•Old felt and battens were removed which revealed damage to the structure of the roof. Rafters, wall plates and purlins were all water damaged in various places, which meant removal/ repair where necessary.

•Facia vents and rafter rolls were installed to help ventilation in the loft space. Felt trays were installed to support the felt on the eve of the roofs.

•Felt and battened using a strong breathable membrane and treated batten.

•Slated using a durable Spanish slate, “Del Carmen”. An outstanding slate with a deep blue-black colour that will not fade in sunlight.

Recent works carried out for a customer in Launceston.

The customer came to me with the aim of making the room warmer.

•Vertical batons fixed to the wall with concrete screws
•25mm celotex in between batons
•foil back plasterboard screwed up
•multi finish skim on all works carried out
•skirting boards mitred all around the room

The customer is very happy with the outcome ✅
