We’re pleased to share that our planning appeal for a new home in the Tamar Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) has been officially approved.
Cornwall Council initially refused our application, arguing that the site lay outside a defined settlement and that the proposed home would erode the rural character and fail to conserve and enhance the landscape and natural beauty of the AONB.
Despite this — and strong opposition from the AONB — the Planning Inspectorate accepted our case, upheld our appeal and granted planning permission.
