Grass will be growing like mad after 2 weeks of rain and now warm sunshine. Stihl 7 series is a latest edition to the Greg’s Gardening Service fleet and is a fantastic mower.

Back in the warm summer of 2020.

2020 was an interesting year to say the least.

Another hot and dry year but plenty to get done. Few pictures throughout the year showing some of the many services Greg’s Gardening Service provides.

Be careful when mowing your grass especially when it’s longer than usual. Various animals such as mammals, amphibians and reptiles may be hiding in the grass or even a bird! On Tuesday, I was strimming some long grass and all of a sudden I stopped as I saw this baby pigeon huddled in the grass.

I contacted Wildlife Aid situated in Leatherhead who kindly offered to visit immediately to assist with the baby pigeon. They mentioned it seemed disorientated as if it had flown into something on a possible first adventure from its nest.

I would always recommend Wildlife Aid if you ever encounter any wildlife in need of assistance. I will provide an update on this baby pigeon’s progress soon!
