We replaced them with the same 16” Friction stays, re tapped and adjusted the sash and now they lock and seal to the frame perfect again!🏡

We went through multiple design options, we landed on this one! Similar style only casement window with a single bottom opener sash with double restrictors as it was 3 floors up🧗🏼‍♂️

This customer had contacted us regarding airflow issues on a pvc door at the rear of their property!

The lack of airflow at the back in this specific room was entirely restricted unless they opened the door fully, which isn’t ideal in the current climate🌧️

We then correctly retro-fitted a 4000 trickle vent to do door allowing air to pool into the room, getting rid of the condensation build up around the frame, glass and plaster🤩

Local club had contacted us regarding their front door, the existing Georgian wire fire safety glass had been smashed and covered with tape to hold it together😬

We measured and installed within 48 hours and now the front door is good to go again for them pints to be poured! We cover all upvc and timber frame glazing, maintenance and repairs👨🏼‍🔧
