In view of Monday’s announcement we have taken the decision to prioritise providing heat and hot water, maintenance and emergency repairs for the immediate future.

This will include routine servicing and certificates will be carried out to maintain boiler warrantees and to comply with landlord and gas safety regulations.

Unfortunately that means we are unable to commence aesthetic bathroom work. The intense labour of the work and timeframes isolate our engineers for too long a period to maintain more urgent demands.
