Mutton Kheema Gravy😍😍

Ingredients

1 onion
2 tomatoes 🍅
1 tbs ginger garlic
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp lal mirch powder
1 tbs lucky masala
1 tbs salt
500 gms mutton kheema
Finely chopped fresh mint and coriander leaves as requires.

I had soaked the rajma night before but while cooking it I realised I don’t have tomatoes in my fridge and need to restock my vegetables but ab bhook toh zhoro ki lagi hai and cannot resist rajma toh bina tamatar ke bana diye ek dum desi style mein rajma chawal 👩🏻‍🍳

This is how I Love to eat my food less rice and more gravy🍽️🥣
And this rajma recipe is so yummy and super delicious 😋

Chicken Biryani Recipe🍗
❤️🤩 & My Sundays = Biryanis😋♥️🫶🏻
Servings: 4
Time: 45 mins
🌟Ingredients For Chicken Marination
1 kg Chicken
2 tbs Ginger garlic paste
1/2 tbs turmeric powder
2 green chillies
2 tbs mint leaves powder
1 tbs salt
4 tbs biryani masala
Handful chopped coriander 🌿
Let the marination rest for atleast 30mins

Ingredients for Biryani Recipe:

- In a vessel add 4 tbs oil, once oil is heated well then add 5 cloves, 2 bay leaf, 3 black pepper, 2 big cardamoms, 2-3 star anise
-Fry 1 big chopped onion until golden brown🧅 once onions are fried and ready add
- 1 medium sized chopped potato 🥔 fry until cooked
- Then add marinated chicken and cook it well on a high flame 🔥 once chicken is cooked 80%
-Then add 2 medium sized chopped tomatoes 🍅 cover it and cook it well.
- Till the chicken is getting cooked let’s start by making briyani rice 🍚

Biryani Rice Recipe:
- In a vessel add 1 tbs oil, once oil is heated well then add 3 cloves, 2 bay leaf, 3 black pepper, 2 big cardamoms, 2-3 star anise.
- Then add 3 cups basmati or any rice which you want which should be washed thoroughly before adding to the vessel.
- Add 4 cups water
- 1 tbs of salt 🧂
- Cook the rice 95% and the strain the water 🌾

🌟I personally don’t like to throw away the rice water which we also call kanji as it is very healthy to drink rice water also why to waste it😀
- Now start by layering the biryani with some chicken gravy down then the rice 🍚
I have added the rice directly without layering it’s purely your choice😊🙃
- Add some saffron strands in milk or ghee and decorate the biryani with it you can also use food colour again this is purely your choice.
- Keep the biryani on dum for atleast 15mins
- Seve & Enjoy ☺️ ♥️
🌟Secret Tip: you can add salt while frying the onions as it will help in cooking them crispy and quickly.

Welcome to day 7/9 day Navratri Fasting Recipe 2 That Vrat

🌟Custard recipe sounds absolutely delicious and perfect for Navratri! The combination of soaked Sabudana with fresh fruits and aromatic saffron must create a delightful flavour. It’s also great that it's a healthy option for fasting.

This is my mom’s recipe♥️🫶🏻

Combines - sweetness, sourness, tangyness and aromatic fruity flavours.

🌟Ingredients:

150gms overnight soaked Sabudana
1 cup milk

🌟Fruits:
1 chopped apple
1 chopped pear
20 chopped grapes/ 100gms grapes
1 whole pomegranate seeds
Saffron strands

🌟You can also add Sugar according to your taste which is purely optional

🌟Instructions:

Let’s start by making it
Boil 2 glass of milk, add soaked Sabudana cook it well once cooked let it cool down first once it’s cooled down only then start by adding, chopped apple, pears, grapes & pomegranate you can also add fruits of ur choice.

🌸Your vrat custard is ready garnish it with some dry fruits & enjoy ☺️

Welcome to day 5 of my 9 day Navratri fasting recipes 2

Today we are going to make a everyone’s go to breakfast but with a twist in it & that’s vrat idlis 😍😋

Let’s start by making the vrat idli batter

🌟For this you would need 200gms vrat rice that is bhagar chawal & 2tbs of Sabudana, coarse grind it.
Now to make the batter start by adding the grinder flour with 1/2 tbs salt, 1tbs of curd, then add 1 cup of water, 1/2 tbs ENO mix it well & rest the batter for 10mins

till then start by greasing the idli plate with some oil

boil some water in your idli making container

🌟Instructions:
- once the water is boiled start by adding idli batter in the idle making plates and tap the plate gently after adding the batter to make it even.
- ⁠and keep it on steam for 10-15mins
- ⁠once steamed well check if the idlis have been cooked well by putting a knife or tooth pick in it, if the knife or tooth pick comes out clean that means the idlis are cooked well and are ready to serve
- ⁠now I have added some kesar strands on top of the idlis as I love to add colours and make it look more beautiful so that can enjoy it in every bite.
- ⁠if you want you can add the kesar strands it all depends on your choices some of them may not eat it in vrat and some of them may.

🌟Everyone’s fundamental is different on what to eat and not in fasting. Now serve your idlis hot with some vrat chutney and enjoy ☺️
