Only gone and been selected as a wildcard artist for this year’s Landscape Artist of the Year on Sky Arts! 🎨🎥 (pinching myself…eek!) Not exactly sure how that happened - wouldn’t label myself a landscape artist, but hey ho!

I’ll be painting live on set this June alongside an incredible group of artists as part of the competition this season.

It’s a huge opportunity and I’m genuinely honoured (and excited) to have been selected from literally thousands of applicants 😳.
The show is widely regarded as a real badge of recognition in the art world, with a notoriously competitive selection process, so I’m very grateful to be taking part.

Delighted that my latest diptych, The Space Between Moments, has found its forever home in the very village that inspires so much of my work. There’s something incredibly special about knowing these pieces will live among the landscapes, memories, and quiet moments that shaped them.

The pair will now sit within a beautifully curated interior of soft blues and neutrals, the perfect setting for art designed to bring calm and atmosphere into a space.

‘Lumen’ 100x100cm acrylic on canvas.

Lumen draws on the moment when light crosses a place and alters everything in its path. Darker tones hold depth and memory, while luminous areas offer presence and a sense of brightness.

My latest piece ‘The Path Forward’, acrylic on canvas 100x40cm.
I’ve painted a piece similar before but seems I needed to revisit it again. I loved working with the colours.
