Customer claims the lock mechanism failed after 8 months, on inspection I could see a counterfeit copy fitted, this was removed and replaced with a genuine mechanism pictured on the right, customer was assured this will last around 10/13 years of daily use, the door was checked for alignment and corrected meaning the door locked effortlessly customer stated it had never been so easy to lock even better than it was first fitted
