TOUGH TOUGH WEEK IN THE HEAT 🥵

This week we started and completed this property in Birstall.
We re-roofed the neighbouring property a couple of months ago and the customer wanted exactly the same spec on their roof to match.
Grey Sandtoft double Roman tile
All new fascia, soffits & gutters
Dry verge/ridge system
All new leadwork

Is this the best lawn mower shed you’ve ever seen ?
We were tasked with creating a bespoke frame on this concrete pad, working around the sleeper walls etc.
A sleek black cladding finish with a Firestone rubber roof.
We’ve had a black roller shutter commissioned just to finish it off and will be back to fit when it’s ready ✅📈🔨

Another huge transformation completed!

For the rest of this week we have been in birstall re roofing this property.
- old roof stripped
- lathed & felted
- all new fascia’s, soffits, gutters & downpipes
- eaves ventilation system
- grey double Roman tile
- all new leadwork to chimney

We’ve been back to our Mirfield project over the last couple of days to build & fit the lower level roof.
We took the opportunity to get a snap of the job completed!
- built double storey extension roof
- formed & fit new box gutter detail
- fit all new fascia’s, soffits, gutters & downpipes
- re roofed existing house & new extension roof in a Sandtoft double pantile
- built & fitted roof to lower level elevation

Great to get this one wrapped up ✅🔨📈

Re-roof completed today in Huddersfield.

- old roof stripped off
- lathed & felted
- all new eave ventilation
- cream fascia’s & soffits
- finished in a clay Rivius tile
- black aluminium Kytun verge system
- ventilated dry ridge system
- black aluminium seamless gutters

Thoroughly enjoyed this one and the premium finishes look fantastic.

First time using the drone for a before and after.
Safe to say much more practice is needed but we can only get better.

- Full roof replacement
- complete overhaul of the chimneys which were in dire need of attention as they were practically falling down.
- all new fascia’s & gutters

Today we finally made it back to our mirfield project after delays with the solar fitters.

Panels are tiled round and both elevations ridged off to finish.

We have the lower level roof to the front of the property to build and roof in the coming weeks. Drone pictures to follow once fully completed ✅🔨
