Recent conversion from an open vented boiler , cylinder & tanks to a 30kw Main Eco combination boiler following the 30 year old previous boiler giving up , weve not had a system as sludged up as this was for 15 years , once finished system pressure was dropping within hours , further investigation was needed resulting in finding a corroded 15mm copper pipe in the concrete screed that hadnt been protected from the acid in the concrete , system now up and running but customer has been made aware that further problems may occur due to original pipe work unprotected , customer was made aware prior to having the conversion that we cannot guarantee the integrity of existing system , but this makes total sense as to why the system was so sludged up as fresh water would previously be constantly added to the system

In conjunction with one of tbe builders we do work for , a wardrobe recess in the corner of a bedroom was turned into an ensuite , with yhe sddition of studwork walls & a pocket door, new external stack to new drain again provided by the builder & son builders

One from this week , an old traditional property that had a modern looking bathroom & the customer wanted a more period look to go with the house, decorating to be completed by the customer

Lack of regular servicing & inspection of this Worcester resulted in the owner deciding to replace instead of repair , Worcester 1000 fitted
