Another project at the school, it’s a first for me…. Making a boat!
The boat has been a real center piece for the children at the school, the old one was removed and I was asked to make a new one.

I have been working at Holy trinity school over the past Month, this is the reflection area.
All made in oak, the chair is mortised and tenon, the sleeper benches have lovely thick waney edge boards.
It was a real joy making this as I know just how much it means to the school 🙏

Summer of 2023
I had a great job repairing this 1913 Swiss chalet to its former glory, the front had completely dropped and rotted.
New oak beam in the front to lift the frame, repaired and painted

Over the winter I have been refurbing this lovely old chapel in Bratton.

Complete rip out, the roof is new , lots of damp due to being built into the garden .

Tanking, outside and inside, dpm for the floor and walls,

Rewired, and finished off to a very high finish, really great job to have done , with lovely clients too.

I have been commissioned to make several items at Holy Trinity school at Great Cheverell.
First job is an oak chair and 3 oak benches for the reflection area.

The chair is mortised and tenon and extremely heavy, the school head is delighted with it .

I have lots of contracts to refurbish old windows on old properties this year.

With the rising cost of everything, I am bringing these old windows back from the brink of repair, for a fraction of the price.

This is saving my clients between £2000-£3000 per window, to have new hardwood windows made.
