Wee had the pleasure of working on the roof for the new rooms for

This consisted off.
- full strip off , slates, lead and 3 layers of of torch on felt 🥵
- Wood repairs along with capping copes with ply wood
- vapour barrier and 100mm insulation too flat roof then alwitra single ply membrane
- Code 5 lead cap over copes stones
- Cupa H3 Spanish slates
- Finished with some zinc ridge

The before and after make it all worth it, for a slick watertight long lasting roof 😎

Some more jobs completed at Hood roofing 🔨 😎

First of is a before and after of a small strip and re-slate wee stripped of old crumbling Welsh and replaced with new Spanish then replaced cement skews with new code 5 lead

Next is a chimney that wee took down and slated over using old Welsh to match existing

Next was a small panel + cheek that had been previously bodged up by another roofer and didn’t solve there water ingress issue so wee came in and fully stripped it new rotten sarking replaced new slates and lead 😎

Last is a small repair job on a corrugated sheet roof for a returning customer 🔨 ⚒️

That’s the new trailer ready for work after it got a AVS Designs Ltd makeover Thanks again grant top man 😎👌

•breathable membrane
•new deep flow gutters throughout
•leadwork where meets existing roofs
•slated with Spanish slates
•finished of with some zinc ridge
