We’ve just submitted building regulation drawings for a barn conversion project in Cockerham, Lancaster.

Originally started in the early 2000s, the build was left incomplete and needed a full technical review to put things right and bring it up to modern standards.

Our job? To navigate the legacy structure, resolve compliance issues, and provide clear, buildable detail to help this project finally reach the finish line.

We’ve just sent off a pre-application for the conversion of a former beauty salon and flat into a single, beautifully considered dwelling in the heart of the Ribble Valley.

Located within a conservation area, our approach is all about balance — preserving the charm and character of the front elevation, while introducing contemporary rear alterations that embrace open-plan living, floor-to-ceiling glazing and balconies to make the most of the stunning views towards the Whalley Viaduct and the valley beyond.

A sensitive yet ambitious transformation – watch this space.

We’re excited to share that planning permission has just been granted for a first-floor extension with an open car port at one of our new build sites in Blackburn ✅

Due to strict parking requirements 🚗, we couldn’t reduce the number of spaces—so we got creative. By designing an open car port at ground level, we kept the parking provision while adding valuable living space above 🏡✨
