Recently, I replaced an old regular boiler with a brand new Worcester 21RI regular boiler, along with upgrading the pump, three-port valve, and pipework to make sure the whole heating system runs as efficiently and reliably as possible 🔧🔥

The difference it made was fantastic, and the customers were super happy with the results. Feedback like this genuinely means a lot and reminds me why I take pride in doing every job properly from start to finish.

Stay tuned as well — I’ll be uploading the MagnaCleanse video from when I flushed the system through. Even though the system had been flushed previously, it was surprising just how much sludge still came out! 😳

🔧 Another Day at the Office! 🔧

Today I swapped out a faulty motorised valve that was keeping the heating on constantly – never a fun issue! 😅 Just a reminder, when you get your boiler serviced, don’t forget to check the airing cupboard if there’s a cylinder. Make sure all valves and safety equipment are working properly!

Also, tried out my new foldable dust sheet – super handy with the drawstring bag for easy storage! 🛠️

Another one sorted today ✅

Attended a boiler with a cracked sump, which is immediately dangerous and needed urgent attention ⚠️

The customer had little ones at home, so rather than leaving them without heating and hot water, I sourced a replacement part from the local plumbers’ merchant and got everything repaired and safely back up and running the same day 🔥

Really pleased to help a lovely customer (and appreciate the great cup of tea as well ☕️!)
