Little utility area for a cheeky Saturday job, nice easy one this one, working along side Lee Nickell doing the plumbing and heating system amongst lots of other this he has done for this customer. There home is about to have a massive transformation done to it but needed this area sorting out before that all happened. Brilliant customers and makes one hell of a cuppa!!

Slightly delayed post on this one….. however this is part 2 and the final phase to this project. After renewing the kitchen, utility and hallway for these brilliant customers, they asked me about sorting out there main bathroom and ensuite for them. A special thank you goes to Alex AM Elements Gas, Heating & Plumbing cannot reccomend this guy any higher. We have ripped out the old fittings and fixtures, removed a wall in the main bathroom to increase the usability of the space, fitted a whole new bathroom suite in both rooms, radiators, flooring, tiles, skirting/architraves and fully re plastered both rooms. Fair to say it’s a full transformation of these rooms and really uplifted these spaces which my customers were extremely pleased with the end results.

Been a really good last couple weeks at this job, which has made such a huge difference to this home. The customers were great and incredibly easy to work with. Two bathrooms to come in the future at this home which again will make a lovely change and make the owners fall back in love with there beautiful home. Special thank you to AM Elements Gas, Heating & Plumbing for there assistance during this project, brilliant service as usual. Looking forward to the next phase in this big project.

Interesting situation today. Customer had a new kitchen fitted by another fitter whilst on holiday and came back to the wrong backboards fitted as it all should have been matching with the worktops. So off they came this morning and let’s get it right! Looking much better now it’s all correct and the customer is over the moon with the final results.

Challenging one this week but overall turned out really well. Who says you need a brand new kitchen??? Just need a new space to put it that’s all. Customer has had a lovely big extension added to the house and bought a second hand kitchen with the aim to make it work in the new space. Also made some changes to what is now a utility area to accommodate a washer and dryer and piecing together a bit of the worktop to make it fit the new space. Had a few challenges throughout the week with things not quite working out as originally planned but we overcame the obstacles and came up with other ideas. Not 100% finished yet with the plinths and cornice to still source and a boiler housing to be made but for now the customer is loving her new kitchen and utility space and I’m sure is very much looking forward to being able to use it all fully.

Another transformation from a couple weeks ago! My customers were on holiday whilst I did this for them and wanted it all to be a surprise so I have had to wait on this post. But they are back home now and absolutely love this new space and so do I!! New kitchen and flooring. What a transformation!!! Loved doing this job and I’m really pleased with the end result. Quartz worktops removed and solid oak worktops and upstand fitted with the addition of a new island to the kitchen too. Customers were ace to work for too and really accommodating to a couple extras along the way. Feel free to message if you need any work doing too!
