Spent last week taking out old 6ft high frames and replacing with full height standard size linings to take new oak panelled doors. Took special care to cut into old lathe and plaster, not a fan of plastering.

The London Inn Team kindly entrusted me with replacing their complete front bar to return it to a more traditional appearance and at the same time tidy up the python to create some much needed shelving for glass storage. The python is now routed mostly below ground rising vertically to the T bars and ale taps where needed, leaving plenty of wipe clean shelving for glass storage. Many thanks go to the fabulous teams from St. Austell Brewery , Innserve and Coca-Cola who all bought into making extra effort to keep the installation neat and tidy.
The bar top is air dried Ash felled in Dartington and supplied by Woodmanship Sawmills who ensured we got adjacent slabs through the trunk to get a good match of grain in the length. The end result is a very usable, attractive and tactile new bar.
