Another successful job completed today and another one to add to the maintenance portfolio.

Todays tasks included trimming any over hanging branches, shaping and trimming shrubs/hedges. Levelling and shaping ivy on a sand stone wall, trimming and leveling a mature honey suckle,weeding the surrounding borders and hoeing and turning over the soil ☀️

Old slate borders removed and new ones applied ✅

Neighbouring shrubs/trees cut back and tidied ✅

Existing flowers repotted with top of the range compost and fertiliser (too many to photograph😂) ✅

General tidy up ✅

Tall mature ivy hedge row thinned down and reduced. ✅

Over hanging branches for neighbouring tree cut back. ✅

Another medium sized mature ivy hedge row thinned down and reduced. ✅

2 borders dug out and soil turned over. ✅

Lawn mowed. ✅

Forgot the before photos of front garden. Neighbouring shrubs cut back and drive was weeded. ✅

Had the pleasure of the customers dog keeping me company 🐶

Another successful job completed today by J&J Garden Services

A real test today and a pleasant job undertaken in a large well planted out established front and back garden with pond and apple trees Orchard tasks was to trim all mature shrubs and retain their shape rewire apple trees that were overgrown mow and edge lawns create A new border weeding all existing borders both the front and back. Whilst taking delicate care not to damage these beautiful mature shrubs. Garden was a Beautiful example of a well-planned adult mature garden that was planted out and cared for by two very well established horticulturist. I was very honoured to take this job as these two gardeners had been doing this type of work for over 50 years. 💐
