Footings poured this morning on the porch build, and steels added for extra strength and spread in the footings . All tampered down, ready for the build-up to dpc height.
arriving right on time 2 minutes after finishing the pour to load out exactly where i wanted everything.
Can't wait to get stuck into this build.

Early start today on my own non stop removing all the roof and de nailed the rafters , cut up all the waste ready to take the tip , smashed all the tiles so they can be grindered into hardcore. Easy this when you are not scared of hard work and have the knowledge to do the demolition in a safe way .
Steels to be installed next , then floor and away with the brickwork up to wall plate height and then new roof throughout .
Another job accomplished on this self build.

Graft Thursday in the beautiful sunshine. All the inside of this exsiting extension rip out ready for structural works to turn it into a double story extension. There is so much gear to empty first from the loft space as the previous owners dumped load of crap inside this space !
Keep an eye out for progress on this one , this will be amazing!
