Old house and minimal power everywhere as usual!

• New double sockets installed for tv positions (living room and dining room)
• New double sockets installed low level for fire/lamp positions
• New straight corners plastered in (old corners jagged and terrible 🤦🏼‍♂️) prepped to assist with wallpapering
• 2 x new light fittings installed (be gone old fittings!!)
• Feature wall skipped day before and wallpapered day after
• TV brackets repositioned living and dining room
• TVs reinstalled safely
• Feature open flame look fire fixed to wall

Owner to do’s:
Paint room
Trim paper
Install new larger TV when ordered (and cover power position in process!) although I’ll prob pop in for this 😂

A work in progress this one and can’t wait to come back and see it evolving! Already looking homely and feeling a million times more organised no hanging cables, safer power solutions, gone with household extension leads (🤦🏼‍♂️), beautiful new look 😍 it’s always nice seeing a house become a home 🏡

Doorway previously half closed up in the past (reasons unknown!) now completely done ☑️

Open ‘hatchway’ allowed unwanted noise to travel around house not to mention heat escape!

Simple MDF cut to fit finished with some nice trims mitred in place front and back for nice finish ready for owner to paint 🎨

A joint effort resulting in a great outdoor workspace with great privacy 👌🏼

• Pre made panels delivered and built on site 🔨
• Fully insulated with external block insulation (owner) ✅
• Power run from meter on its own breaker from front of house through loft floor (During Dorma loft conversion) and through garden to site ⚡️
• Plasterboarded and skimmed throughout 💪🏼
• Painted (Owner) ✅
• Own mains board installed for light and socket circuit off its own RCD (checked by certified electrician of course!) 🤓
• Sockets and lights installed 💡🔌
• Units built and fitted (Owner) ✅
• Work table and furnishings added (Owner) ✅

Lovely summer job this one! Can’t beat Woking in the sunshine! ☀️

When the bath plug upstairs decided to leak (only a bit but you know water causes a lot of damage right?!) it eventually soaked through the kitchen plaster board below and revealed its self via a crack in the ceiling and an impromptu Indoor pool for the dogs 🐶😂

Obviously once a plumber had fixed the pesky leaky bath plug the kitchen ceiling got a make over as good as new ✨
Bath/shower times safely restored!!
