Kitchen sink and radiator fitting today.

The old black kitchen sink and tap were removed(forgot to get pictures🙈).
The kitchen worktop was then trimmed to accept the slightly bigger sink.
The tap hole in the sink was then tapped out, Sink sealed in place and the new tap plumbed in along with all the waste water pipes.

Drained the heating system, old radiator removed and the new one mounted on the wall.
All the pipework was then connected back up.

The system was then filled back up and radiators bled while checking for any leaks.

Non found thankfully 😆🙌.
The customer was really happy and I was too that she didn't have to put up with the sink any longer..... She literally hated it 🤣.

Wednesday jobs ....

*Back filled the area the old fence used to run with concrete.
*Removed the gate and refitted it in its new position.
*Fitted a latch into the concrete post for the gate bolt.
*Fitted a camera bracket.
* Trimmed to size and added half a section to 2 of the fence panels.
* Fitted a blanking panel between the shed and the fence.

Back in a couple of weeks to box off the last 24ft of fencing to match the rest of the garden. 👌

Another acoustic panel feature wall completed today.
all the sockets, switches and fused spur covers changed to black on the new wall and the previous wall I did a couple of weeks back.
Fitted a TV bracket and a mirror while I was there too. 😊👌

Finally decided on some cladding for the exterior of our summerhouse.
Very happy I went with light oak plastic panels, looks good and requires no maintenance.
Hopefully I'll have it finished off tomorrow and I can then move on to cladding the overhang/spotlights and get some pvc on the roof to tie all the edges in.

Wednesday and Thursday this week was spent fitting...

* kitchen tap.(Pipework adjustment required).
* Bathroom tap and plug.
* Radiator (pipework adjustment).
*Boiler refill and bleed.
*Panelled the bathroom ceiling in Matt white PVC.
*Fitted a light fitting.

Not the easiest stuff to work with but I swear by this pvc on a bathroom ceiling, I was sick and tired of the mold spots on our ceiling.
I haven't had any since doing ours and my daughter spends about 2hrs in shower. 😂

Sucker for punishment!!
Back for another day concrete fencing.

I don't say this lightly when I say easily the worst posts I've had to dig.(I've had some shockers)
So the issue is the fence border is on the old outside toilet red brick wall.
I was literally smashing through the bricks to get the posts deep enough down.

I snapped a chisel bit clean in half today. 🙈🤣.

The only saving grace I've taken from today is I will never need to do this fence for as long as I live( it's bullet proof) .....plus Debbie is happy so that's another bonus 🤣😂.

Back next week to concrete the area up to the gravel boards, currently covered in the picture so Debbie's burglar alarms don't try digging it out. 🤣.

Catch up day!

Morning spent hanging a huge picture, back in time for a trip to the dentist.
Then off to fit 2 x ceiling lights, 3 double plug sockets and 2 dimmer switches and
Completed a small area of acoustic panelling I didn't get finished last visit.

Day two on the IKEA Billy's.

All the frames now in place and all the units secured to the walls.
Double socked mounted through the unit.
Made a start on the boxing in.
One more day left to complete the boxing in and get the doors on.
Looks great and it's created so much usable storage.

Gas box cover fitted this morning, the rest of the day spent building IKEA billy units and going to get the MDF cut read...

Busy week complete 🥵.

Completed what I set out at the start of the week.
Just the skirting to finish off and then on to the ceiling.

Then it's back to the outside to clad all the outside and trim the roof . 👌.

A few beer tokens were earned this week.
