Sometimes things just don’t go to plan!

What should have been a fairly straightforward kitchen replacement turned into a full restoration.

This returning customer was as shocked as us to see the pictures of what this looked like when we started removing the old kitchen. I don’t know how the walls held up the units!!!!

As you can see from the first picture the change is breathtaking. After lots of perseverance and hard work from the whole team we literally re built this from the ground up.

✅Full new kitchen replacement
✅Full rewire with all new socket plates.
✅Full plumbing overhaul
✅New plasterboard and plaster
✅Painting to customer specification
✅New flooring and skirtings

Pretty nice looking kitchen now if I do say so myself. 😂

First job of the year done!

Removed unused water tank and unused pipework and re routed pipework still in use to make way for the whole central loft section to be floored.

New hatch and ladder supplied and fitted to ensure easy access to a great new storage space.

Lots of people tell us that they grow out of their home, in most cases we can find solutions to give you the space to keep growing!!

Another job we recently completed.

Large garden room built specifically to use a gap along the side of the house.

Fully insulated so really cosy all year round.

Timber clad
Rubber roof
LED panel lighting
Double glazed UPVC French doors and window.
Herring bone style laminate flooring.
External lighting.
Economical electric heating.

All lighting and heating is controlled by Alexa inside the main house.

Everything was completed by our expert trades people from start to finish including the landscaping to the front.

It has been a busy year so far for us, with the major storms causing damage at the start of the year to the very good weather recently we have had a lot of variety in the outdoor works we have undertaken so far.

Lots of damaged fencing during the poor weather and lots of garden transformations as the weather has got better.

As you can see from the pictures we have done everything from new fences to new sheds, sandstone patios to laying lovely new lawns.

This is only possible with the right people and the right suppliers who supply the best products. We decided to use Lothian DIY and Building Supplies as our prefferred materials supplier this year, a local company who employ local people and have very similar values to us in assisting the communities of West Lothian.

Fair to say we have been rather busy after the storms at the start of the year!!!

A small selection of new fences, repaired fences and replacement sheds all damaged due to high winds.
