Found in the box room and landing — the classic 1970s woodchip wallpaper! 😄

Funny timing — the engineer who came to change the energy meter today took one look at it and said back in the day there were no steamers.
Just a wet brush and pure elbow grease to get this stuff off! 😂 Can you imagine?!

Times have changed — today we steam it off clean and fast… well, our steamer is almost as vintage as the wallpaper but it still does the job! 💪😂

The 1970s had charm… but we're bringing this house right into 2026! 🏠✨

​We’ve been out and about today doing what we do best—getting the details right. The team has been busy with precision joinery preparation, prepping a set of doors ready for the secondary contractors to hang on-site. We also got a fresh outdoor tap installed and plumbed in, perfectly set up to fill up a client's hot tub just in time for summer. 🌊💧
​Snapped this absolute stunning rainbow over Llandudno later in the day while wrapping up. No matter how hard the day’s graft is, finishing up with a view like this reminds us why we love working across the North Wales coast.
