Bathroom Revamp

Complete removal of the existing bathroom suite, flooring, ceiling, and wall tiles.

All hot and cold water supplies, heating pipes, and waste pipework were fully renewed and upgraded. Walls and flooring were professionally prepared, with the shower area fully tanked and waterproofed prior to installation.

Installation of a new matt black bathroom suite, complemented by concrete grey matt porcelain wall and floor tiles.

The project was completed with illuminated wall niches, a feature bath panel, matt black fixtures and fittings, and a contemporary backlit LED mirror for a modern finish.

Bathroom Refurbishment

Complete refurbishment involving the removal of the existing bathroom suite, wall tiles, and the dividing wall between the main bathroom and separate toilet to create a larger, unified space.

All plumbing was upgraded and reconfigured to suit the new layout. Walls were rebuilt where required, and the redundant doorway was professionally boarded to form a single cohesive room.

The space was fully prepared for tiling using moisture-resistant plasterboard and specialist backer boards, followed by full tanking to ensure long-term waterproofing.

Installation included a new bathroom suite and high-quality honed marble tiles, complemented by a feature profile border in the main bathroom and a high-level pencil border within the shower area. Finished with chrome fixtures and fittings to achieve an elegant, traditional look.

Plastering works were carried out by Paradigm Plastering, Redcar, with all electrical works completed by Lee Green Electrical
