From strengthening our UK + Cyprus portfolio to expanding into new territory — 2025 marked our entry into the Middle East with two large-scale masterplans in Egypt. New markets, bigger thinking + projects that pushed us to evolve.

Our team has grown alongside our ambitions — expanding our capacity, strengthening our expertise + setting the stage for exciting projects to come.

A unified spatial narrative.
•
[A]SQ. always treats architecture + interior design as a singular, continuous dialogue. In this duplex apartment, the clean design language flows uninterrupted from the structural envelope to the tactile finishes.
•
The challenge of a double-height space is often scale; here, we modulated the verticality to create intimacy within the grandeur. The double-height void is treated as a light-filled architectural volume, where large format glazing is utilised to capture and maximise natural daylight deep into the plan. This luminosity is anchored by vertical timber detailing, visually bridging the scale between the mezzanine + the GF living space.

By controlling the built form + the interior fit-out, we ensure that every junction, material transition + sightline serves a cohesive vision.

This marks another major milestone in our growing presence across the Middle East, as [A]SQ. Architecture continues to bring a design-led, contextually driven approach to one of the region’s most vibrant architectural landscapes.
