Through her leadership at KPO Architecture, she actively champions Filipino talent, women in construction, and sustainable practices that drive meaningful change.
Mel regularly collaborates with industry leaders at BNI Folkestone, the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), the Kent Construction Focus Group, and the Philippine British Business Council. She fosters genuine connections, amplifies underrepresented voices, and helps create win-win solutions in the construction sector.
From proudly wearing Filipino-inspired outfits at business events to advocating for Filipino talent across the UK, Mel is a true force for change—representing Asian leadership and driving innovation in the industry.
