What a blessed start to the New Year! 1st of Feb 2023 and finally back in the jist of things!
After my holiday I received some amazing news about a new addition to my immediate family. Blessed with a new nephew, it’s been exciting to visit a newborn. New babies really give me the warm feels. The feeling of a new life coming into the world as a blank canvas. New adventures, new experiences, new memories! Often in my training, a business is compared with that of it being “your baby”.
You start to help the business “crawl” then “walk” then “grow”.
My business has lacked over the last year of some good content for the public- but what it hasn’t lacked of is the care it needed to help it grow. This year my focus is progression, growth. I look forward to working with .commercial and create some exciting content and podcasts of women in construction and how I have helped my business start from nothing to a six figure growing company.

Starting my year taking time out from work! My New Year’s resolution was to enjoy every second and take a break from my busy life! So that’s exactly how I start my year. I haven’t been on my social media much hence not posted much about work. I am excited to share what’s coming this year. An active part-of some big, big projects . My current location is before I head out to in India to start the year with blessings. My wonderful team are looking after everything back in the UK and I am excited to see their independent work ethic really shine while we are away.

A team makes the dream!

Staff is one of the hardest parts of running a business. It’s a question of whether they also follow your beliefs about the company, they are loyal and committed and they enjoy what they do- because if they do, they will strive in their roles!
It’s hard to find the right candidates to be part of my work family, because that’s what it is at work, my work fam! We at are proud of each and everyone and are really looking forward to the New Year and the rest of our goals unfolding 😃 Merry Christmas 🎄 to you all

As the festive few days near, I look forward to winding down and enjoying the last few days of 2022!

While I sit and tuck into my baileys snowball treat, I look back and appreciate the year I’ve had. It’s had its ups and downs with my business but continuing to push past the hurdles and helping myself mentally by doing what I love in my spare time has made this year worth while. I will definitely be sharing some of my best moments within my business in my story.

My advice to myself would be to not rush my goals and expectations and not to be so hard on myself. To take a well deserved break and if need be cut back on any unnecessary expenses.

2023 I definitely need to post more on what I’ve achieved and how far I have come with my company - it’s definitely a New Year’s resolution for me! What resolutions do you have in mind?

Always appreciating and capturing interior around me! So what motivates you in this field? To always do so well?

For me it has to be my children. Not that I want to give them everything (although I would if it was my only goal) but to show the’ that it is possible as a female to be in a happy marriage, to have children to be from a strict asian background and to set up your own business! It’s the realisation for them to see the opportunities they can grasp on to.

Head over to to see the progress 👍

We receive so many enquiries about extension projects but we are not very quick to sign off the deal. Why?

It's very important to receive council approval for any type of construction/building work. What you do not want to do is start work only to either knock it down or produce something of no value for your property for when you ever do decide to sell.
We always recommend that you speak to a reliable artitect and the local councils and gain some evidence to show you have been approved developments to your property.🤗🤗🤗

Planning approval or permissions evidence will safe you a lot of stress in the long term.
Pros for gaining permission even for SMALL projects will mean

* Your search report when you decide to sell will show you asked permission for that extension and therefore your property is valued accordingly. 📖 📈

* Will safe any heartache 💔 bif you have to knock it down because it does not comply with building regulations.

* Overall will ensure you are going to have a safe build 🙏 👍 as the health and safety inspectors will do periodic checks to ensure the build is going along according to plans!

IF ANY COMPANY/ONE MAN BUILD COMPANY OFFERS TO BUILD WITHIUT SEEING ANY EVIDENCE OR ADVISING YOU...STAY AWAY... 😶
